At 21% you become a "Star" (Star Agent). If your personal PV is 300, then you become a QSA (Qualified Star Agent), and you reaches the level of 25%.
Let's follow an example : You reached in 1-st month value of 50 PV from purchases. In 2-nd month you raise your purchases to value 100 PV. So you now are on level 6% (50 + 100 = 150 PV). In 3-rd month you buy for 150 PV . Now you are on the level 9% (50 + 100 + 150 = 300 PV). This is example for personal purchases only. If you made registrations of some new distributors, and they made some purchases, the points from these purchases are added to yours. In this manner you can easily achieve higher levels.
I will not analyze the higher levels (I will just mention them only [see image above]).

With 3 Star Agents you become Star Ruby (SR) - With 6 Star Agents you become Star Diamond (SD).
Of course there are still higher levels (eg Laszlo Kocso is the Crown Ambassador, the highest level in the DXN company)
Still remain the question: how many I can earn as distributor of DXN ?
As a guide I mention that you can earn (this may vary):
- as Qualified Star Agent (QSA)[25%] - about 210 € per month (having team of 16 active distributors)
- as Star Ruby (SR)[31%] - about 920 € per month (having team of 39 active distributors)
- as Star Diamond (SD)[37 %] - about 3085 € per month (having team of 120 active distributors)

Marketing plan
The marketing plan of DXN is the world's only ACCUMULATIVE system! You have no loss anyway. As a distributor you are entitled for 22% discount off the retail price of products (which translates into a 28% profit). For example, if you bought a box of Lingzhi Coffee with 13,70 € (distributor’s price) and sold it for 17,60 € (retail price), you profit is 4,90 €, ie 28% (Note: this profit is according to prices in Slovakia. In other countries this profit may vary).
Each purchase (either from you or from your network) has some points. For example: coffee, you bought above, has 11,50 PV (Points Value). This is the value that is used to achieving levels in marketing plan. At the same time, each purchase has its own SV (Sales Value), which forms a basis for calculation of bonus (commission) from the purchase volume of your network.
